摘要
以腺苷为原料,经溴代反应制得8-溴-腺苷(2);2与单取代芳酰基哌嗪经取代反应合成了5个新型的8-位取代腺苷衍生物,其结构经1H NMR和ESI-MS表征。
Five novel 8-substituted adenosine derivatives were synthesized by the substitution reaction of N-aroyl-piperazine with 8-bromoadenosine prepared by bromination reaction from adenosine. The structures were characterized by^1 H NMR and ESI-MS.
