红外/红光治疗仪联合新型敷料在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用

Applicatin of infrared/red light therapy instrument with new dressing in diabetic foot ulcer

目的:探讨红外/红光治疗仪联合新型敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果。方法:将57例糖尿病足溃疡患者,随机分为对照组27例和治疗组30例,对照组采用传统敷料换药;治疗组采用新型敷料联合红外/红光治疗仪治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后足背动脉血流速度、踝肱指数(ABI)、溃疡面分泌物细菌培养结果、换药次数、创面愈合时间的差异。结果:治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两者患者足部动脉血流速度、ABI值及溃疡面分泌物细菌阴性例数均显著高于同组治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者换药次数、创面愈合时间显著少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红外/红光治疗仪联合新型敷料治疗糖尿病足溃疡能够获得良好效果。

Objective：To investigate the infrared / red light therapy instrument combined with Neotype Dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer effect.Methods：57 cases of diabetic foot ulcer patients,randomly divided into thecontrol group of 27 cases and 30 cases in the treatment group,the control group used the traditional dressing;the treatment group using the newdressing combined with infrared / red light therapeutic apparatus in the treatment,the two groups before and after treatment of clinical efficacy anddorsalis pedis artery blood flow velocity,ankle brachial index（ABI）,the time difference between the ulcer surface secretions bacterial culture results,the frequency of dressing change,wound healing.Results：the patients in the treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,both the foot artery in patients with blood flow velocity,ABI value and the ulcer surface bacterial negative cases were significantly higher than those in the same group before treatment,and the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The patients in the treatment group were the frequency of dressing change,wound healing time was significantly less than that in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：IR / red light therapy instrument combined with new dressing in treatment of diabetic foot ulcer can obtain good effect.
