摘要
为分析商用车司机座椅的安全性,基于逆向工程原理,利用Hypermesh建立以壳单元为基本单元的座椅骨架有限元模型.根据GB 15083—2006规定施加载荷和约束,通过对座椅骨架静强度仿真分析提出结构优化方案并进行可行性试验验证.结果表明,优化后的座椅骨架强度满足国标要求,优化效果明显.
A detailed finite element model of a commercial vehicle driver’s seat frame was established by taking shell element as basic unit. Loads and constraints were applied according to GB 15083-2006 and an optimum design scheme was put forward according to the results of static strength analysis. The strength of optimum seat frame was verified to improve significantly to fully meet the requirements of national standards.
