Effective treatment strategies for colorectal liver metastases

摘要 结直肠癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,较容易发生肝转移,目前手术联合全身化疗是结直肠癌肝转移的主要治疗手段,本文主要从术前化疗、手术方式选择和局部治疗等方面来讨论能使患者获益最大化的治疗策略。 Colorectal cancer is a common malignancy and frequently has manifest with liver metastases. Surgery, in conjunction with systemic chemotherapy are the primary treatment at present. This article discussed the treatment strategies mainly from the aspects of preoperative chemotherapy, selection of operative procedures and local treatment and found the strategy which could benefit patients most.
