影响高校毕业生就业的主要因素及其对策研究

The Main Influence Factors of College Graduates Employment and the Strategies

近几年高校毕业生就业问题日益严重,形势不容乐观。为了得出解决此问题的对策,本文利用系统解释结构模型(ISM)对影响高校毕业生就业的因素进行分析,通过对解释结构模型中可达矩阵的运算建立起不同层次影响因素之间的逻辑关系;然后在此基础上给出一系列解决方案,并运用层次分析法对各方案的优劣程度进行分析,得出最佳的解决高校毕业生就业问题的对策,对高校及其他负责大学生就业的政府部门具有重要的指导意义。

The situation of college graduates employment became more and more difficult. The situation is not optimis- tic. To obtain countermeasures to solve the problem, this article analyzes the factors affecting the employment of college graduates using of the system structure model （ISM）. Through the calculation to the reaehability matrix in interpretation structural model, we build up the logical relationship of different levels of influencing factors. On this basis, we give the solutions and analyze each solution^s the pros and cons using AHP. At last, we get the best countermeasures for solving problems of college graduates employment, which has important guiding significance for universities and other government departments responsible for college graduates employment.
