摘要
OMNI阀是一种由环空压力控制、可实现多次开关的循环阀,其自身结构较为繁琐,现场操作程序复杂。新型OMNI阀增加了破裂盘接头,可防止在下钻时压力激动造成工具的意外动作。介绍了OMNI阀的结构及工作原理,以及现场应用时与APR-N阀配合使用和单独使用时的测试工艺,简述了其管柱结构、施工流程及工艺特点。
The OMNI valve is one of circulating valves controlled by annulus pressure,can realize switch at many times,whose structure is complicated,and operating procedures are complex. The new model of OMNI valve having the rupture disc joint,can prevent accidental action to the tools under the excited pressure during lowering the test string. Its mechanism and working principle are introduced,and the testing process applied with APR-N valve or used alone is introduced,and the string structure,operation process and its technical characteristics are summarized.
