A Brief Introduction Completion Operation Technology at 20K-P1 Well in Su20 Gas Storage

随着国内经济快速发展,能源储备问题已提升为国家战略,储气库建设不断发展、完善。华北地区在建苏桥储气库群为世界最深储气库。以该储气库群苏20储气库苏20K-P1井为例,介绍了储气库完井工艺在不同地质构造、不同作业深度对气库井完井管柱的承载力、密封性及钢丝作业的难度,对施工经验加以总结,提出建议,使同类型井施工得以借鉴。

With the rapid development of domestic economy,the problem of energy reserves is promoted to the national strategy,and the construction for gas storage is developed and improved. The constructed Suqiao gas storage group in North China area is deepest gas storage in the world. Taking well 20K-P1 in Su20 gas storage as an example,operation difficulties are introduced of the well completion process to bearing capacity,sealing property and the operation with steel wire of the completion well pipe of gas storage in different geological structure,different operating depth. The operation experiences are summarized,and suggestions are proposed which makes reference for the similar well operations.
