摘要
使用Cu靶x光源,采用脉冲型读出方式从单层THGEM探测器的各个电极读出信号,并分析了这些信号的特点,认为从THGEM下极板得到的信号最适合做电子学触发信号。
In our work,the detector was irradiated with X-rays originating from Cu target.Pulse readout method was adopted to get signals from four electrodes of two detectors.Features of those signals were analyzed.It is shown that signal from lower electrode of THGEM is capable of trigger signal to electronics.
