On Promoting the Formation of Ideological and Political Quality of Top-notch Innovative Personnel

思想政治素质是拔尖创新人才应具备的首要素质。当前高校拔尖创新人才有理想有信念,思想主流呈现积极、健康、向上的良好态势,但也存在政治热情与政治责任感不统一、人文素质与专业技能不同步等问题。为此,高校必须通过思想引领、教育创新、学科融合、合力育人等途径积极开展思想政治教育,力促拔尖创新人才思想政治素质的养成。

Ideological and political quality is primary quality of top-notch innovative personnel. Nowadays, college top-notch innovative personnel have ideal and faith, and main trend of thought is positive, healthy and up. While, there also exist some problems, such as disunity of political enthusiasm and political responsibility, and out-of-step of humanistic quality and professional skill. Therefore, colleges should expand the routes of ideological and political education actively, such as, ideological guidance, educational innovation, fusion of subjects and resultant education, then promoting the formation of ideological and political quality of top-notch innovative personnel.
