摘要
定性分析了大倾角采煤机在行进过程中牵引功率和开关磁阻调速系统(SRD)低电流大转矩的驱动特性,研究了四象限开关磁阻调速系统在大倾角采煤机应用的优势。通过在大倾角煤层的现场工况的应用验证,四象限SRD完全能满足工作面的截割工作要求,有效提升了煤矿设备的使用率和生产效率。
Qualitative analyzes the haulage power during walking process of large inclined angle shearer, and also qualitative analyzes the high torque low current driving characteristics of switch reluctance driving (SRD). Researches the advantages of four- quadrant SRD applied in the large inclined angle shearer. The application at large angle coal seam verifies that the four-quadrant SRD totally can meet the cutting requirements, effectively improves the utility and production efficiency.
