气腿式锚杆钻机存在需要人工搬运、定位和存在安全隐患等问题。液压锚杆钻机可以克服上述缺点。对液压锚杆钻机组成及作用进行了阐述,介绍了液压锚杆钻机工作过程,并对主导轨进行了仿真分析,验证设计的合理性。
The pneumatic bolt driller of leg-supporting type presents a lot of defects, such as the artificial handling and positioning, and the potential risk of safety. These defects may be overcome by the hydraulic bolt driller. The structure, working process and performance of the hydraulic bolt driller are elaborated. The main guide way of the driller has been analyzed by simulation. The rationality of the design has been verified.
