基于暂态行波频谱特征分量的故障选线和测距方法

摘要 通常故障产生的高频行波主要有两类,第一类是由故障点和变电站之间的线路产生的,第二类是通过分支节点向故障点反射产生的。针对配电网的短路故障和接地故障,提出了一种基于暂态行波频谱特征分量的故障选线和测距方法,即提取和识别这两种故障行波,通过简单的计算就能准确地进行故障选线以及测算变电站到故障点之间的距离。该方法不需要估算多个测量点,既减少了人工排查时间,又缩短了停电范围,可靠地计算出故障点到变电站之间的距离。通过PSCAD软件搭建仿真模型以及运用Matlab进行数据处理,模拟多种不同类型的母线故障以及线路故障,均验证该方法满足了实验的要求。 The high-frequency traveling wave faults are usually two types, the first category is generated between the fault point and the substations, the second category is reflective to the fault point generated by the branch nodes. For the short-circuit fault and grounding fault about distribution network, proposes a method of fault line selection and location measuring based on spectral characteristics of transient traveling wave component. Through the extraction and recognition of these two fault traveling waves, a simple calculation can measure the fault distance between substation and fault locations. This method does not require to estimate a plurality of measurement points, reducing the manual investigation time, shortening the power off range, and can be calculated from the substation to the fault point reliably. Builds the simulation models by PSCAD and uses Matlab to process data, simulating a variety of different types of bus faults and the fault lines, and verifying that the method can meet the requirements.
