摘要
目前多数输送带撕裂检测的方法是事后检测,严重削弱了预防保护作用。提出超声测距的输送带表面检测方法,使用QuartusⅡ软件和Verilog HDL语言设计FPGA超声测距系统,详细介绍系统总体结构,其中包括超声测距信号调制激励发射、回波信号提取、距离计算分析、实时显示和串口通信等模块,并验证了所提方案的正确性。
Now the detection methods of mostly belt conveyor ripping are after-applied detection, which reduces the prevention functions seriously. An ultrasonic ranging detection method of conveyor belt is proposed. The FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array ) ultrasonic ranging detection system is designed by software Quartus Ⅱ and Verilog HDL language. Introduces the overall structure of system in details, including the modules of ultrasonic ranging signal emission, echo wavelet signal collection, distance calculation and analysis, real-time display and serial communication. The correctness of the proposed project has been verified.
