电磁先导阀调试快速装夹工装设计

摘要 针对电磁先导阀调试过程中存在的问题,设计了一种快速装夹工装,对其进行了结构设计、力学性能分析、气动系统设计以及电控系统的优化设计。实践表明,该工装提高了电磁先导阀调试的工作效率并有效地消除了调试过程中存在的安全隐患。 In order to solve the problems during the tuning of the solenoid pilot valve, the special quick clamping tools system is designed. In the system, the structure as well as the pneumatic and electrical control systems are designed and improved. The mechanical performance is also analyzed and enhanced. The application of the quick clamping tools system shows that the efficiency of the tuning solenoid pilot valve has been improved. And it helps to avoid the safety risks during the tuning process effectively.
