Develop and Application of the Mouth-rig for Gas Drainage Drilling Hole

研制了一种适合煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔施工使用的孔口装置,该装置由孔口管、防溜管、四通、孔口密封管和气水分离器等组成。介绍了该孔口装置的结构性能特点、工作原理及使用方法,工业性试验效果良好。该孔口装置,能够解决钻孔施工过程中孔内瓦斯不断涌出造成的钻场附近区域瓦斯超限问题,为煤矿安全、高效生产提供保障。

The mouth-rig for gas drainage drill hole has been developed. The device is composed by orifice-pipe, anti-slip pipe, four-outlets, sealing pipe and gas-water separator. The features of structure and performance, working principle and usage of the device are introduced. The well result of the industrial test shows that the device successfully solves the problems of gas process of hole drilling. It provides the gushing from drainage hole and causes over-gas in the drilling site in the guarantee for safety and high efficiency of the coal mine production.
