基于冰山理论的大学生安全素质三角形模型

An IM-based SQTM for college students

为研究大学生安全潜在素质与外显素质的关系,分析大学生暴露的安全问题,提升大学生安全素质教育的有效性。基于大安全观和冰山模型(IM)建立大学生安全素质三角形模型(SQTM)。以SQTM为基础,构建以潜在素质为核心,以生存安全、生活安全和职业安全素质为重点的大学生安全素质教育立体化模式。提出具体的大学生素质教育路径,开展SQTM的应用性研究。结果表明,大学生的安全素质是一个复杂系统,有内在和外在结构的层次性和可分性,潜在素质决定外显素质,外在行为反过来影响潜在素质。在大学生安全素质培养实践中,应根据潜在素质和外显素质相互转化的规律,选择立体化的教育对策。

According to view of macro-safety and IM,a SQTM was built to study relationship between potential and external safety qualities of college students,promote effectiveness of safety quality education and analyze the current safety problems. Based on SQTM,a three-dimensional model was built for students safety quality education,for which potential qualities were regarded as the core,and surviving safety,living safety quality,and occupational safety quality as key points. A specific qualities education path was provided to further apply SQTM. Results show that safety qualities of college students form a complicated system,with hierarchy and divisibility in internal and external structure,that potential qualities determine explicit ones which in turn,affect potential ones,and that during practice of fostering safety qualities of college students,it is necessary to employ three-dimensional education countermeasures and respect mutual transformation rule of potential and explicit qualities.
