摘要
为有效提高岸边集装箱起重机(以下简称岸桥)司机的驾驶水平,预防安全作业事故,根据岸桥作业的工作流程及特点,建立岸桥司机基本动作序列和认知可靠性(HCR)模型,定性分析和定量计算岸桥司机的可靠性。通过对岸桥司机的驾驶行为进行可靠度分析,得到其响应失误概率。结果表明,在吊具与集装箱对接、集装箱卸载等作业过程中,岸桥司机的相应失误概率较高,应加强相关的教育培训及业务考核制度等,从根本上提高岸桥司机的可靠性,进而实现提高生产效率和预防安全事故的双重目标。
In order to effectively improve the quayside crane drivers' driving level and reduce safety operation incidents,the authors established a basic driver's action sequence and an HCR model according to workflow and work characteristics of quayside crane operations,then qualitatively analysed and quantitatively calculated the driver's reliability. By analysing the reliability of drivers' driving,they got corresponding error probability. The results show that corresponding error probability is higher while connecting the spreader to container and unloading container,and that education training and assessment system for them should be strengthened in order to improve the drivers' reliability and achieve the twin goals of improving productivity and preventing safety accidents.
