摘要
为了对比漏磁和超声波技术检测管道缺陷的优缺点,以得出其对凹陷和金属损失的适用性,根据超声波和漏磁原理对2种检测技术的特点进行对比分析。基于某管道3 a内的漏磁和超声波检测数据,考虑凹陷和金属损失2种缺陷形式,提出一种有针对性的对比方法,即以环焊缝为参照,对2种检测结果的缺陷特征数据作差,对其轴向位置、环向位置、缺陷尺寸(缺陷的长度、宽度和深度)等数据进行对比分析。结果表明,2种检测方法各有优势,超声波方法在凹陷检测方面优于漏磁方法,而漏磁方法在金属损失缺陷检测方面优于超声波方法。
This paper compared the magnetic flux leakage method and ultrasonic inspection method for pipeline leakage detection to get their applicability to detecting dents and metal loss. Then a comparative method was proposed to compare the data from magnetic flux leakage and ultrasonic inspection on a certain pipeline within the space of three years. The method has reference to girth welds and differences between data obtained by using of the magnetic method and those obtained by using of ultrasonic method. The results show that two detection methods have their own advantages,and that magnetic flux leakage method is more effective than ultrasonic method in detecting dents,while ultrasonic inspection method is more effective than magnetic method in detecting metal loss defects.
