传承区域特色文化是地方高校的基本功能之一,地方高校通过价值发掘、文化传播、文化认同、继承发展四个环节实现对区域特色文化的传承,建立完善由目标机制、动力机制、保障机制、激励机制、调控机制等构成的特色文化传承机制,推进地方高校对区域文化的传承。

Inheriting and propagating distinctive local culture is one of the major functions of local universities. Local universities attain that goal following the route of cultural value exploration, cultural communication, cultural identification, as well as cultural inheritance and propagation. In order to promote the role of local universities in inheriting and propagating local culture, a special mechanism must be set up involving objective mechanism, motivation mechanism, safeguard mechanism, incentive mechanism, monitoring mechanism, et cetera.
