应用型创新人才的培养是高等教育"大众化"发展规律的必然要求,"新升本"地方高校的"办学层次与定位"的必然趋势,解决大学生"就业难"、增强"就业力"的有效途径。通过"省级实验教学示范中心建设"、"卓越工程师教育培养计划"、"专业技能与岗位对接培训"、"各级各类学科竞赛"和"创新创业训练计划"等平台的有效实施,进一步提升了大学生的实验实训能力、科学研究能力、创新意识和能力、就业意识和能力,全面提升了应用型创新人才的质量。

The cultivation of application and innovation-oriented talents is an inevitable requirement of the popularization of higher education in China, an indispensable trend of the ＂level and direction of university operation and management＂ ad hoc for newly upgraded undergraduate universities, as well as an effective means of solving the employment predicament facing university students and boosting their employment capacity.
