摘要
针对目前传统的广告渠道投放成本大、周期长、时段受限制和宣传效果有限等问题,设计了一种新型移动展示车。对其车箱结构进行了研究,设计了一种可以左右伸缩的扩展厢结构,研究展示车传动系统,提出两种传动方案并作出对比。利用UG对其整体框架和传动机构进行三维实体建模,对关键部件进行有限元分析,以及对传动部件进行动力学分析。最后通过现场试验,验证了展示车箱体与传动部件设计的可行性。
The present paper designs a new mobile display truck to solve the traditional advertising problems of high running costs, long cycle time,time restricted and limited publicity. We designed a telescopic extension structure of box and proposed two transmission projects. With UG,we made a 3D model of the overall framework and transmission mechanism. FEM analysis of the key components and dynamic analysis of transmission mechanism were given. Finally,a field test confirms the feasibility of the structure design of the display truck.
