渝东南工业园区发展现状及解决路径

On Situation of the Industrial Park Development in the Southeast Area of Chongqing Municipality

渝东南工业园区作为工业发展的主要载体、产业集群的重要平台,对增加地方财政收入、解决就业、改善民生、促进区县经济发展起着重要支撑作用。重庆主体功能区划后,渝东南工业园区发展面临严峻挑战。这些挑战主要来自于园区发展思路、产业定位、债务负担、招商引资、生态保护、管理体制等方面。解决这些问题的关键在于撇清误解、理清思路,严格生态保护,改变考核方式,利用本土资源实现特色产业的良性循环发展。

There exists a series of challenges on development of industrial park in southeast area of Chongqing municipality after principal functional zoning division. These include reaching a common understanding of development route, the reforming management system, the industrial strategy, the repayment of debt, the utilizing of assets, the investment attraction, protecting environment and so on. So the research points out that we should be clarifying our thoughts through consultation, developing the area economy under the protecting environment, making full use of local resources and reforming the evaluation system to improve the industrial park economy in southeast area of Chongqing municipality.
