Clinical Experience of Treatment for Malignant Tumor by Hou Pingxi

侯平玺教授以健脾补肾为治疗肿瘤的立法原则,主要基于以下两点:1中医基本理论认为脾胃为"后天之本",肾为"先天之本",脾胃有伤,则后天之气不足,亦不能充养先天之气,脾肾亏虚,机体功能失调,则易产生恶性肿瘤;2现代医学研究认为,恶性肿瘤具有侵袭与转移的特性,其疾病进展过程会大量消耗人体的营养物质,无形中损害了人体的消化功能,也就是中医讲的脾胃运化功能。

Professor Hou Pingxi uses the tumor treatment principle to strengthening spleen and reinforcing kidney, mainly based on the following two points ： ①The basic theory of TCM think taste as the origin of ＂the day after tomorrow＂ , the kidney is the foundation of the ＂nature＂. The spleen and stomach injury have acquired qi deficiency, also cannot have congenital qi, spleen and kidney deficiency. The body function disorder is easy to produce malignant tumor. ②The modern medical research thought, malignant tumor has the characteris- tics of the invasion and metastasis of malignancy. The disease progression will deplete the body＇s nutritive material, potentially damage the body＇s digestive function, also the traditional Chinese medicine about the spleen and stomach function.
