基于蓝海战略的家电产品创新设计方法研究

摘要 针对家电市场竞争愈演愈烈,通过对家电产品创新设计的分析,将管理学中常用的蓝海战略运用于家电产品创新设计中,借鉴蓝海战略中的思维方法 ,寻找并避开"红海"正面竞争的策略方法.通过分析得到蓝海战略与家电产品创新的设计方法,运用用户角色与用户情景、挖掘用户潜在需求、智能家电开发运用、注重产品可持续性发展等方法 ,指出在蓝海战略视角下家电产品创新设计的本质在于在产品创新设计的过程中建立起产品与人,产品与社会更和谐的关系. Intensified competition in the market for home appliances, home appliances based on the innovative design of the analysis, commonly used in the management of Blue Ocean Strategy innovative design used in home appliances, learn Blue Ocean Strategy way of thinking, looking and avoid the“Red Sea” positive strategic approach competition. Blue Ocean Strategy by analyzing the obtained product innovation and design methods appliances, the use of user roles and user scenarios, users tap the potential demand, development and application of smart appliances, focusing on product development and other sustainable methods, pointed out at the Blue Ocean Strategy innovative design perspective appliances nature was to establish a more harmonious relationship between the product and the people, products and social innovation in product design process.
