摘要
本文在分析数码相机外壳结构及性能要求的基础上进行注射模具设计,采用UG对产品进行造型及分模设计,采用Moflow进行浇注系统的设计及产品成型时间的分析.在确保塑件质量的前提下,使注射模具设计更具有合理性,缩短了设计周期,提高了生产效率.
In this paper, according to the requirements of a given shape and performance of the camera shell, the injection mould was designed, using UG for product modeling and parting, using Moldflow for the design of runner system and pulling time analysis of product solidification. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of plastic parts , design of injection mould was more reasonable, shortening design cycle and improving production efficiency.
