Practice of the Higher Vocational Colleges Innovative Talents Cultivating from the Perspective based on Vocational Key Skills

创新人才是民族兴旺、国力提升的因素之一。随着时代的发展,社会对创新人才的需求日益增加,这势必要求高职院校培养大批高技能创新人才。高技能创新人才的基本特征和职业核心能力的培养目标具有高度的一致性,可通过显性课程、隐性课程和课外实践活动等全方面培养创新人才。此外,高职院校要高质量地培养更多满足社会需求的创新人才,还需要学校回归"育人为本"的理念,并建立有效的创新机制,为创新人才的培养提供保障。

Innovative talent is one of the factors of national prosperity and strength of ascension. With the development of the times, social change on the talent demand characteris- tics, it requires higher vocational colleges to cultivate a large number of high skilled innovative talents. According to the training objectives of the basic characteristics of the high skilled innovative talents and vocational key skills high con- sistency, the way of innovation talents and multiple evalua- tion methods by the dominant curriculum,the bidden cur- riculum and the practice of extra-curricular activities in all aspects of training is explored. Higher vocational colleges should cultivate more high quality to meet the social needs of innovative talents, also need to return to ＂people oriented education＂concept,and set up effective innovative mecha- nism as security.
