摘要
青年教师作为高职院校师资队伍的主力军,在其职业生涯发展中面临诸多困境,易造成一定的心理失衡,形成职业倦怠,从而制约师资队伍建设水平的提升。通过分析青年教师心理失衡的成因,探讨从心理契约的视角引导和构建高职院校与青年教师共同的价值取向,并以此为平台,帮助青年教师合理认知自身的职业生涯发展规划,增强其职业发展的认同感与归属感,从而稳定高职院校青年教师队伍。
Young teachers are the main force in higher vo- cational colleges, however, they face many difficulties in the career development,it is easy for them to cause psychologi- cal imbalance which leads to burnouts and restricts improve- ment Of the staff construction. Therefore, by analyzing causes of young teachers" psychological imbalance ,the article dis- cusses the common value orientation of higher vocational colleges and young teachers from the perspective of psycho- logical contract. It is meaningful to stabilize the team of young teachers in higher vocational colleges by making their own occupation career development plan rationally and strengthening their sense of identity and belonging.
