摘要
我国养老保险双轨制是我国计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型时期的产物,是指企业与机关事业单位采取两种不同的养老体系。随着经济的发展,双轨制的弊端越来越明显,已成为阻碍社会公平实现的因素之一。
China＇s old-age insurance system is formed as a result of China＇s special conditions, is a product of our country from planned economy system to the market economic system during the transition period, refers to the enterprises and institutions to adopt two kinds of different pension system. With the development of economy, obvious shortcomings of dual track system is more and more obvious, has become the main obstacle to the realization of social justice.
