达州市农村义务教育寄宿制学校建设和管理中的问题与对策

On the Countermeasures to Difficulties from Boarding Schools in Dazhou City

通过调查了解到,近年来达州市农村义务教育寄宿制学校的建设与管理取得了较为明显的成效,但同时也存在着基本设施建设离标准尚有较大差距、资金缺口较大、教职员工编制紧缺、管理不够规范等困难和问题。据此,提出了相应的对策与建议。

The boarding schools in countryside of Dazhou have achieved great effects,but there still exist a lot of difficulties,such as the distance of the necessary equipment to the standard required,the less big finance gap,the shortage of the staff,and irregular management,ect..Accordingly,the essay put forward to the countermeasures and suggestions.
