基于能力本位构建职业型会计专业课程体系——以山东外贸职业学院会计专业为例

摘要 专业培养目标的实现以课程体系为载体,专业课程体系构建,直接影响专业人才的培养,传统学科型的专业课程体系与职业教育目标不匹配,如何构建以职业型为特征的专业课程体系,是职业院校专业建设和教学改革的最重要课题。本文结合山东外贸职业学院会计专业课程体系改革实践,探讨如何将高职会计专业课程体系由知识本位的"学科型"体系向能力本位的"职业型"体系转变。 The realization of the professional training goal is on the carrier of curriculum system, while the construction of professional curriculum system will affect the professional talent cultivation directly. Traditional subject - typed professional curriculums dont match with vocational education goal. It is an important topic for vocational colleges in professional specialty construction and teaching reform on how to build the professional course system with the profession- typed characteristics. Combined with the accounting professional curriculum system reform practice of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, this paper discusses how the higher vocational accounting professional curriculum system realizes the transformation from knowledge - based subject - typed system to competence - based profession -typed one successfully.
