面向云制造的装备模块化开发管理模式研究

摘要 近年来,装备制造业取得了快速发展,但也面临着全球资源短缺和价格上升等诸多因素的冲击。在云制造时代,装备制造产业的转型升级面临着前所未有的战略机遇。基于行业发展形势和需求,面向装备产品提出模块化开发和管理方法,包括模块的定义、模块化产品结构管理、承接模块化开发的供应链管理模式和模块化线体布局方案,主要目的是为解决云制造中针对装备产品的客户需求分析、产品规划、海量装备产品数据信息管理和采购及生产实现等一系列问题提供思路。研究旨在为云制造形势下促进装备制造企业优化产品的开发和管理,提升其产品和服务在全球市场中的竞争力提供思路。 The equipment manufacturing industry has acquired rapid progress in recent years, but it encounters the challenge of multiple factors, such as the global resource shortage and the prices hike, etc. The transformation and upgrade of equipment manufacturing industry meet the unprecedented strategic opportunities in cloud manufacturing era. Based on the development status and requirements, developing and managing methods of modularity are proposed towards equipment products, namely, the definition of module, the modularity of product structure management, the supply chain management mode undertaking modularity development, and the linear and integral layout plan of modularity. The main purposes are to provide the train of thoughts to solve a series of problems during cloud manufacturing, such as the customer requirement analysis according to equipment products, the planning of products, the management of data and information, purchasing, and manufacturing realization of massive equipment products, etc. The study is aimed at providing train of thoughts for equipment manufacturing enterprises to promote the optimization of development and management of products under cloud manufacturing trend, and improve the competiveness of their products and services in global market.
