摘要
通过建立房地产市场健康评价指标体系,利用安徽省房地产市场2002-2012年的相关数据,构建一套科学体系来评价房地产市场健康状况。通过主成分分析方法建立二级指标的权重,运用系统化方法确定了安徽省房地产市场的健康区间。从价格、规模、均衡、结构、速度5个角度,对14个发展指标进行评价,以探讨安徽省房地产市场的健康状况。
Through building an evaluation index system of the real estate market, using the data of the real estate market in Anhui province from 2002 to 2012, it built a scientific system to evaluate the health of the real estate. It established the weight of each secondary indicators through principal component analysis and using the systematic approach to determine the health range of the real estate market in Anhui province. It also evaluated the 14 indicators from the price, size, balance, structure and speed and investigated the health of the real estate market in Anhui province.
