李白诗歌英语译介的历史，作为独立的研究内容，到目前为止，还没有全面深入且准确的归纳，但这一步的工作，却是李白诗歌海外传播研究的基础，是很有意义的事情。万丈高楼平地起，目前国内的李白诗歌英译历史研究，已经取得了哪些成果，还存在哪些空白？对此加以梳理，必将有利于研究者和广大的读者更好地了解这位才气横溢的诗人，领略他诗歌的魅力，也会有益于促进李白诗歌在英语文化区域传播的效果，对中国传统文化的传播研究是一个好的范例。

The study on Li Bai＇ s poetry over a very long period of time has been placed more on the cultural framework of China or relevant regions to Li Bai. Communication of Li Bai ＇ s Poetry in non - Chinese culture regions is currently wide- spread, however. Meanwhile, the present study on overseas communication of Li Bai＇ s poetry deserves attention, which is beneficial to positive communieation of Chinese poetry culture, also in line with national cultural development strategies. Study on Li Bai can be taken as a typical example for inspecting the overseas communication of Chinese culture in a micro area, which is conducive to facilitate appropriate interpretation, increase mutual understanding, and achieve effective ways and means to accelerate mutual understanding between different cultures. This study is also conducive to Chinese culture in the mutual integration of muhieuhures, so as to flourish the essence of Chinese culture.
