Translators are the subjects of translating. Taken Robison' s Somatics of Translation as the theoretical framework, this article discusses two translators : Tu An and Gu Zhengkun and their translation works of Shakespeare' s sonnets. Mr. Tu' s works are concise and smooth. Mr Gu' s translation is full of beauty because of his pursuit of art, but his works are a little bit deviated from the original text. Various factors of the author' s influence the idiosomatic response to words so that different words they choose form different styles. It concludes that translator' s personal elements determine the characteristics of translation to a certain extent.
