摘要
随着全球信息化的迅猛发展，作为社交主流的网络交际不但引起社会各界强烈的关注，而且也为语言学研究开辟了一个全新的领域。一些语言学家甚至预言：“互联网语言学，作为语言学的一个新的分支，正在孕育而生。”迄今为止，语言学界已经从网络语言结构特点出发，对网络交际进行了一些研究探索，但收效甚微。还有一些学者从语用学的角度对网络交际进行了描述和分析，但由于网络交际与日常语言交际的区别，部分语用原则在分析网络交际语言时完全失效。本文以网络交际的一个分支——网上聊天室会话为研究主题，在详细分析其基本特征的基础上提出了C-E—T（Cooperation-Entertainment-Tolerance）模型，以理清这一新兴的语言交际的特殊会话含义，并对如何促进网上聊天室会话的规范与健康发展提出了一些建议。
With the rapid development of information age, the online communication has not only attracted attention from all walks of life but also created a brand-new area for linguistic studies. Some linguisticians even predicted that the internet linguistics as a new branch of linguistic study is in blossoming. So far, the linguistic circle has made some researches on the online communication from the feature of the online language structures, but with little results. Still others have attempted to describe and analyze the online exchanges from the perspective of pragmatics, but some pragmatic principles are totally unworkable due to the distinction between the online communication and daily conversations. To solve this problem, the paper takes the online communication in chatrooms as the subject, and puts forward the C- E-T（Cooperation-Entertainment-Tolerance） model after a detailed analysis of its basic features. It aims at rule out the special connotation of this emerging form of language communication and it also offers some suggestions on how to promote the standardization and healthy development of online exchanges in chatrooms.
