摘要
新形势下随着信息技术网络化、办公自动化、教学管理软件化趋势不断推进,高校教学秘书管理角色正在发生悄然变化。教学秘书作为基层教学、科研的键接纽带作用的管理者、组织决策的执行者、创新管理的实践者、以人为本的服务者的重要地位是不言而喻的,角色的重要性迫使教学秘书要具备良好的职业综合素质,综合素质的提升离不开个人的努力,更离不开组织科学合理的制度化培养设计。在分析新时期秘书必备综合素质的基础上,探寻一条提升其综合素质的科学路径。
With the growing trend of the network of information technology, office automation and computerization of teaching management, the managing role played by teaching secretary is changing gradually in higher educational institutions. They play a vital part as the bond between teaching and research, as executor of school decisions, as practitioner of innovative management, and as people -oriented service provider. This important role forces them to possess sound comprehensive professional qualifications. To achieve this objective, the design of scientific, rational and systematic cultivation programs is just as important as personal efforts. Based on an analysis of the essential qualifications which are supposed to be possessed by teaching secretaries in the new age, this paper intends to explore a scientific path to help them reach the target.
