摘要 三维可视化技术和虚拟现实仿真技术是数字矿山的重要组成部分,是对真实矿山整体及其相关现象的新理解、表达与数字化再现。基于3DMine和VRP BUILDER软件,开发了大新锰矿西北采区虚拟现实仿真系统。分别构建了地表模型、巷道模型和环境匹配模型,通过程序文件格式间的兼容性,实现了3DMine与3DS MAX的过渡对接,利用Complete Map烘焙方式进行了贴图烘焙,并用VRP-for-MAX插件将烘焙模型导出以供VRP编辑器调入使用,成功解决了由3DMine模型转换VRP BUILDER场景部分关键技术,全面实现了矿业工程软件与虚拟现实软件的有机结合,顺利开发出高仿真效果虚拟矿山系统。系统分为地表和地下2部分场景,拥有丰富的UI界面和交互功能,设置了多种漫游方式,为用户快速了解并掌握矿山整体生产状态提供了便捷。研究成果对于提高矿山设计质量、生产安全和管理效率具有重要意义。 3D visualization technology and virtual reality simulation technology are important parts of digital mine and they are new understanding,expression as well as digitization of real whole mine and related phenomenon. Based on the3 DMine and VRP BUILDER,the virtual reality simulation system of northwest in Daxin Manganese Mine was developed,furthermore,the terrain model,tunnel model and matching model were established. The transitional docking of 3D mine and 3DS MAX was realized by considering the compatibility between the program file formats,and texture baking was done by using the Complete Map baking mode. Through using VRP-for-MAX card,the baking model was exported so as to be transferred and used by VRP editor. Some key techniques for 3D Mine model converted into VRP BUILDER scene were solved,the organic combination of mining engineering software and virtual reality software was realized,and the virtual mine system of high simulation effect was developed. The system consists of surface and underground scenarios,which has rich UI interface and interaction function. A variety of roam manners were set up in the system,in order to provide convenience for the users to understand and master the production state of overall mine quickly. Research results have great significance for improving the design quality,production and management efficiency in mine.
