摘要
基于水利行业数据交换体系的现状,对水利通用数据交换平台的必要性、定位与目标、技术特点与要求做深入分析,研究水利通用数据交换平台的总体技术模型、支持的数据交换方式、平台核心功能及应用模式,并通过在国家水资源监控能力建设项目中的应用实践,证明水利通用数据交换平台是实现不同层级间水利业务数据联动共享的有效保障。
Based on the present situation of the data exchange system in the water industry, the article does a deep analysis on the necessity, position and target, technical characteristics and requirements of the water universal data exchange platform. It researches the overall technical model of the platform, the data exchange mode supported by the platform, and the core function and application mode of the platform. The practice in the national building projects of the water resources monitoring capacity prooves that the water universal data exchange platform is effective for realizing the linkages and sharing between different levels of water conservancy business data.
