摘要 近年来,海委信息化发展成效显著,但存在着重复建设、资源浪费等现象,亟需通过实施顶层设计来规范和解决。海委水利信息化顶层设计是在《海委水利信息化建设"十二五"规划》的基础上,以《水利信息化顶层设计》为指南,针对海委信息化推进过程中亟待解决的全局性、系统性问题,在海委水利信息化工作的顶层制定的基础性政策、技术规定和建设任务。对海委水利信息化的体系构架主要内容进行探讨,并对下一步应进行的工作进行分析,以推进海委信息化建设健康有序的发展。 In recent years, the development of Haihe River Water Conservancy Committee (hereinafter referred to as HWCC) has achieved remarkable results in informatization. However, problems such as redundant construction and resource waste followed, which need to be solved through the implementation of top-level design. On the basis of 〈The Twelfth Five-year Plan Of the Water Conservancy Informatization Construction Of Haihe River Water Conservancy Committee〉, taking 〈The Water Conservancy Informatization Top-level Design of Ministry of Water Resources〉 as guide, the information top-level design of HWCC aims at solving the overall and systemic problems in the process of promoting informatization of HWCC. Taking an overall situation of the water conservancy informatization of HWCC, the information top-level design of HWCC gives the basic policy, the technical regulations and the construction tasks on the top of the water conservancy informatization of HWCC. This paper mainly discusses the water conservancy informatization system architecture, at the same time, analyses following work, in order to promote the healthy and orderly develooment of informatization construction of HWCC.
