海带内生菌HSN2胞外蛋白对粉红单端孢霉的影响 被引量:3

摘要 HSN2是分离自海带的具有抑菌活性的内生细菌,其蛋白具有抑菌活性。为确定该胞外蛋白对粉红单端孢霉的抑制效果,采用体外拮抗法检测其对粉红单端孢霉菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响,并研究在苹果伤口中注入的蛋白对粉红单端孢霉的抑制作用和预防效果。结果表明:HSN2胞外蛋白对粉红单端孢霉菌丝生长和孢子萌发具有抑制效果;苹果体内研究表明,HSN2胞外蛋白浓度越大,伤口腐烂直径越小,浓度达1 000μg/m L时,对粉红单端孢霉引起的腐烂抑制效果最佳;越早接入胞外蛋白的苹果,其腐烂程度越小。该试验结果为将HSN2胞外蛋白开发为新型抗菌剂提供了试验依据。 HSN2 is one kind of kelp endophytes with anti bacteria ac- tivity isolated from Laminaria japonica Aresch in Dalian China. The extraeellular protein of this strain can inhibit bacteria and fungi. In order to determine the antifungal activity of the protein against Tri- chothecium roseum (Ball.) Link, the in vitro research was tested on the mycelial growth and spore germination of Trichothecium roseum (Ball.) Link, and inhibitory and preventive effect of HSN2 extra cellular protein were studied in apples. The results showed that my- celial growth and spore germination of Trichothecium roseum (Bull.) Link were inhibited by the extracellular protein of HsN2. The higher concentration of protein was applied to the apples, the le sion diameter was smaller, and 1 000 〉g/mL of HSN2 extracellular protein had the best inhibitory effect. The lesion diameter of the wounds with earlier inoculation of protein was smaller. These results were useful for the development of entophytes HSN2 from Laminar- ia japonica Areseh.
