摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定脑白金口服液中低聚异麦芽糖含量的方法:通过固相萃取柱对样品进行净化,采用氨基色谱柱及钙型阳离子交换色谱柱双柱结合的方法对脑白金口服液中低聚异麦芽糖各组分及其总量进行测定,经过方法学考察,该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于实际样品或类似样品中低聚异麦芽糖的检测。
High performance liquid chromatography was used to deter- mine the content of isomahooligsaccharides in naobaijin oral liquid. The samples were purified by solid-phase extraction column, and then the content of isomaltooligosacharides was determined by HPLC with amino column and cation exchange chromatography column. Through the study on the regression equation, reproducible and re- coveries, the method was accurate, reliable and highly reproducible, can be used in the determination of the isomahooligosacharides con- tent in practical samples or some similar samples.
