摘要
通过分析榨油机榨膛内的基本力学特性,提出油料压榨的应力应变模型,并对榨螺进行有限元分析,找到榨螺结构上的危险部位及缺陷所在。同时,通过油料压榨试验,找到榨膛内压力与出油率的关系,为榨油机的设计制造及优化提供依据。
A simple stress-strain mode is proposed by the mechanical analysis of a screw oil mill. The finite element analysis of the squeeze screw found its dangerous sites and defect. Moreover, by the press experiments of oil plants the relationship between pressure and rate of oil yield is found. The results provide calculational basis to the mechanism design of screw press.
