节水智能型薯类淀粉提取机的研制

摘要 为减少淀粉制备耗水量和提高淀粉得率,根据薯类淀粉的特点,研制一种节水智能型薯类淀粉提取机。该机采用切、磨、揉、锉等方式将薯块变成较小颗粒状的碎末体,一定压力的注水将碎末体和淀粉多次荡起、过滤分离,多次的注水和一定强度挤压产生的物理性运动将碎末体内所含的淀粉冲刷出,实现有序、一次性、高质量地提取薯类等体内所含淀粉,同时所采用的原理有效保证了其具有节水的优点。经样机测试表明该机具有耗水量少、排放少、提取率高的优点,适应中小企业需求。 In order to reduce water consumption and improve the starch yield in starch extraction, based on the characteristics of pota- to starch, a water saving intelligent potato starch extraction machine was developed. This machine can make potato tuber into smaller granular powder body by the mode such as cutting, grinding, rub- bing and filing, then it be crushed by a certain pressure of water in- jection and filtration separation for many times, the starch in the powder body will be rushed out by the interaction of the repeated wa- ter injection and a certain strength of extrusion. Thus effective starch extraction from potato crops one-time in an orderly way is realized, at the same time it has the advantages of water saving. After the pro- totype trial-production, test showed that the machine had the advantages of low water consumption, less emission, higher extraction yield, to meet the needs of small and medium sized enterprises.
