摘要
大豆蛋白富含8种人体必需氨基酸且具有多种生理保健功能,具有动物蛋白不可比拟的功能特性。文章主要阐述大豆蛋白在抑制肥胖、降低胆固醇以及缓解骨质疏松等方面的保健功能,并对其应用前景进行展望。
Soybean protein, having the incomparable functional than animal protein, contains eight essential amino acids but also has many kinds of physiological health function. The article mainly intro- duced and prospected the function of soybean protein in inhibiting o- besity, lowering cholesterol, alleviating osteoporosis and other health functions.
