摘要
通过同期观察长药八宝开花过程、测量花部形态、分析授粉特性、估算杂交指数以及可控授粉等,研究其花部结构并分析长药八宝繁育体系。结果表明：在北京地区自然条件下,长药八宝8月底开花,群体花期约47d,集中于9月4—22日开放,群体盛花期约18d,单花花期9~14d。开花期间花粉萌发率最高可达97.6%,并长时间维持较高活性,柱头先于花药成熟并快速达到最大活性,持续2d,随后活性迅速降低。长药八宝杂交指数为4,是典型的异交为主,部分自交亲和,是需要传粉者的物种。
Flowering investigation, shape measuring, pollination characteristics analysis, out- crossing index estimating and artificial pollination experiments were conducted on the Hy- lotelephiurn spectabi＆ to establish the breeding system. The main results were as follows：in the natural condition of Beijing, the group flowering stage was about 47 days from August to October and the majority kept full blooming between 4th to 22nd in September 2013 （about 18 days）. Meanwhile the life span of single flower remained 9--14 days. During the whole flow- ering process, pollen viability reached 97.6 %, and kept at a high activiy after the first several days; however,the stigma became muture before anthers and reached hi days, then decreased to zero. The OCI was 4, this bisexual flower wa partly self-crossing and pollinators needed flower. ghest receptivity for 2 s mainly outcrossing,
