摘要
建立了鸡蛋中诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、洛美沙星、恩诺沙星残留量测定的高效液相色谱法。样品经磷酸盐缓冲液提取,PLS固相萃取柱净化后,以流动相洗脱,反相液相色谱分离测定。结果表明:4种喹诺酮类药物在50~1 000ng/g范围内呈线性相关,检出限为10ng/g,定量限为50ng/g,平均回收率为60%~70%,日内、日间相对标准偏差均小于10%。
A method of HPLC for simultaneously determination of norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, lomefloxaein, enrofloxacin in eggs was developed. The samples went through the procedure of phosphate buffer extraction, purification of PLS solid-phase extraction column,a mobile phase elution, and determination of reverse liquid chromatographic separation. The results showed that, the four kinds of quinolones were linear correlated in the concentration range of 50 - 1 000 ng/g with the limits of detection and quantification of 10 and 50 ng/g,respectively. The average recover- ies ranged from 60% to 70%, relative standard deviations in a day and between days were less than 10%.
