城区排洪河道设计洪峰流量计算方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 城市化发展导致城市内部暴雨径流增加,洪水危害加重。城区排洪河道承担着及时、通畅的排除设计标准下暴雨洪水的任务。目前,城区排洪河道洪峰流量计算,常用的方法主要有水利部门的推理公式法和市政部门的室外排水公式法,但是这2种方法均有一定的局限性,不能满足设计要求。本研究从二者的联系着手,系统分析了二者在暴雨重现期选取、汇流时间计算、暴雨强度推求时不同的原因。利用水利部门推理公式为基本形式,结合市政部门计算汇流时间的方法,提出适用于规划阶段城市排洪河道计算的简便方法。 The development of urbanization has caused the increase of storm runoff and the de- terioration of flood hazards in the cities. The urban flood channels undertake the task of drai- ning the designed flood peak timely and smoothly. Currently, methods calculating the design flood peak flow of the small catchment area in urban are mainly Water Resources sector's de- sign flood formula and Municipal sector's storm water formula, However,both of them have limitations and cannot meet the design requirements. Starting from the connection between them, in this thesis, the different reasons were systematically analyzed in selecting the recur- rence interval of the storms, calculating the travel time and ascertaining storm intensity. Mo- reover, this study utilized Water Resources sector's design flood formula as the basic form, combined the calculation methods of Municipal sector's storm water formula for travel time, and puts forward to a simple and suitable method for calculating urban flood channel in the planning stage.
