摘要
绩效技术是教育技术领域的一个扩展研究方向,而与"绩效技术"仅一词之异的"绩效管理"则是当前组织(企业)管理的重要课题。通过梳理绩效技术与绩效管理的概念定义及发展来源,可以发现绩效技术与绩效管理在基本对象和导向目标、知识属性、系统性特征、诞生背景等方面极为相似。然而,两者在过程环节、发展来源等方面存在着非常明显的区别。绩效技术在后继实践中应着力增强绩效主体的清晰性,积极发挥绩效主体的能动性,同时还需努力扩大应用范围特别是在工商企业中的应用。
Performance technology is the new direction of the research of education technology,meanwhile performance management which differ form performance technology only by a word is the major task for current organization( corporation). Through the careful review of the definition as well as the origin of this two,This research declare the similarity of this former two within aspects of the major object and the fundamental aim / the knowledge attribute / the systemic character / the background of origin. There are,however,two major differences between this two that are the main practical procedure / the theoretical origin. For further development,rearchers should not only make the undertaker of task performance more clear and activate his initiative but also widen the application of the performance technology in the industrial and commercial practice.
