摘要
石化生产装置采用的传统安全评价方法大多存在一定的局限性和主观性。在确定评价指标体系权重的过程中,采用较多的层次分析法(AHP)因其主观随意性较大,往往会造成评价结果的误差。笔者采用一种熵理论中极大熵的原则解决指标权重分配问题。结合指标体系建立的原则,确立了包含5个一级指标和27个二级指标的评价指标体系,并针对该指标体系应用本方法进行赋权,从而为指标赋权更加合理化提供了一种新的选择。
There are some limitations and subjectivity existing in the traditional safety assessments , w hich are mostly used in the petrochemical production . In the process of determining the weights of the assessment index system ,the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) tend to make the assessment results inaccurate due to its subjectivity .Therefore ,a principle of maximum entropy from entropy theory is used to solve the distribution problem of indicators weight .Combined the principles of establishing the index system ,5 one‐level indexes and 27 two‐level indexes are confirmed to empower the index system for the application of the method , which provides a new reasonable option for the empowerment indicators .
