The Research of Online Monitoring and Diagnosis Technology for Internal-combustion Engine in the Offshore Oil Field

内燃机是海上油田的关键动设备之一,内燃机的工作状态直接影响到平台生产的有序进行和平台工作人员的生活以及人身安全。为了实现对内燃机的实时监测,根据海上油田内燃机的结构特点,采用Internet传输形式并通过分析常用内燃机监测技术,最终实现内燃机的性能监测、故障诊断和油液在线分析。

Internal‐combustion engine is one of the key equipments in the offshore oil field ,and its working condition directly affects the orderly production as well as the life and security of workers . In order to realize the on‐line monitoring of internal combustion engine , the performance monitoring ,fault diagnosis and on‐line analysis of oil have been realized based on the analysis of internal combustion engine monitoring technology by conveying over the internet .
